Obtained the M.S. degree in March, 1983.
Received the Ph.D. degree in September, 1990 from Nagoya Institute of Technology for a thesis entitled: "Studies on Performance Evaluation of Communication Protocols in Information Networks."
Occupation:
Joined Musashino Electrical Communication Laboratories, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (currently, NTT), April, 1983.
Joined Nagoya Institute of Technology as an Associate Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in April 1993.
Promoted to a Professor in August 2001.
Currently, a Professor, Graduate School of Engineering.
From June 2000 to March 2001, a Visiting Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of South Florida (USF) (photos).
